What is Executive Sparring?
Executive Sparring is a confidential thinking space for leaders and entrepreneurs. In regular, personal conversations we work through strategic decisions, leadership situations and roles — without filter, without agenda. It is not a coaching programme, but a second mind that listens, questions and reflects patterns.
Who is leadwithmaay the right sparring partner for?
I mainly work with managing directors, board members, founders and HR leaders — where responsibility, complexity and decisions come together. The shared question is usually: how do we bring clarity into leadership, structure or spaces?
What is the difference between Executive Sparring and coaching?
Coaching often follows a defined process with goals and methods. Sparring is more open, situational and content-driven: we work on the topics that are on your desk right now — strategy, organisation, culture, spaces. It's about clear decisions, not personal development as the main goal.
What is Organisational Design?
Organisational Design means shaping roles, responsibilities and decision paths so collaboration works in daily practice. The goal: less friction, faster decisions and teams that know who is responsible for what.
What is Workspace Strategy?
Workspace Strategy is the strategic preparation for a new building, relocation or hybrid work model — before architecture and furniture are decided. The space is thought from the organisation type, not the other way around.
Do you work on-site or remote?
Both. In-person sparrings take place in Braunschweig or Hannover; remote I work DACH-wide. For Workspace Strategy and Organisational Design projects I combine on-site sessions with remote work.
How does a collaboration start?
Every collaboration starts with an intro call. You briefly describe your situation, I ask questions and we clarify whether and how I can support you. Then you receive a concrete proposal with next steps.
